Terms & cancellation policy

1. The service

Zunlo provides three tools to subscribers: Zunlo Studio (image generation and editing), Zunlo Builder (creating custom AI assistants) and Zunlo Chat (conversations with your saved assistants). Assistants run inside Zunlo only. They are not published into ChatGPT, and they cannot browse websites, send email, book appointments or take any action in external systems.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use any AI feature. You must verify your email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the content you submit.

3. Subscription and billing

• The subscription costs $25 USD and recurs on an exact 30-day interval.
• New customers may start a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is collected through Stripe before the trial activates, and you must explicitly agree to automatic recurring billing.
• The trial begins when trial checkout completes successfully — not when the account is created.
• The free trial is available once per customer.
• If you do not cancel, Zunlo automatically attempts the first $25 USD charge when the trial ends, and the first paid 30-day period begins at that scheduled trial end. Paid access depends on that payment succeeding.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe's verified subscription and payment records are the source of truth for your access.

4. Cancellation

• You can cancel yourself at any time in Subscription & Billing. You do not need to contact support.
• Cancel during the trial and the first charge will not be attempted. Trial access continues until its original expiration.
• Cancel during a paid period and the next renewal will not be attempted. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.
• Zunlo confirms cancellation and shows your exact access expiration date and time.
• Resubscribing does not grant another free trial.

5. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, a new service period is not granted. Zunlo shows a payment-update action and restores access when the relevant payment succeeds.

6. Access after expiration

When a canceled trial or paid period expires, image generation, image editing, assistant creation and assistant chat stop immediately — including in tabs you already had open and in direct API requests. Login, billing management and resubscription remain available.

7. Acceptable use and fair use

Image requests are not metered per image and there are no hidden per-image charges. Usage remains subject to the fair-use policy, AI provider content policies and rate limits.

8. Your content

You keep your prompts, uploads, generated images, assistants, knowledge files and conversations. Zunlo stores them privately to your account and does not add any visible branding or watermark to generated images.

To complete before launch: the data-retention period after cancellation or account deletion must be decided by the owner and stated here and in the privacy policy.

9. Refunds, liability and changes

To complete before launch: the refund policy, limitation of liability, dispute-resolution terms and notice period for changes to these terms must be supplied by the owner and reviewed legally before launch.
