Privacy policy
This describes the data Zunlo actually stores and the services that process it.
To complete before launch: the data controller's legal name, postal address, privacy contact email, effective date and (if applicable) EU/UK representative must be supplied by the owner.
What we store
- Account: your email address, a display name, and email-verification state.
- Subscription: your subscription status, trial dates, billing period dates, cancellation state and payment history mirrored from Stripe. Card details are held by Stripe, never by Zunlo.
- Studio: your prompts, chosen aspect ratio, reference-image uploads, generated images and job status.
- Builder and Chat: your assistants and their instructions, your uploaded knowledge files and their extracted text, and your conversations and messages.
- Operational: request counts and estimated AI costs used for rate limiting, abuse prevention and the owner's cost reporting.
Who processes it
- Lovable Cloud — database, authentication and private file storage.
- Lovable AI — AI image generation and assistant responses.
- Stripe — payments, subscriptions and the billing portal.
Prompts, uploads and conversation content are sent to the AI provider to produce your results. They are not used to advertise to you and are not shared with other customers.
Privacy between accounts
Every image, reference, knowledge file, assistant and conversation is readable only by the account that created it. Access rules are enforced on the server and at the database and file-storage layer, not just in the interface.
Your choices
- Delete individual images, assistants, knowledge files and conversations at any time.
- Deleting a knowledge file removes it from future assistant answers.
- Cancel your subscription yourself at any time.
To complete before launch: the retention period for saved work after cancellation or deletion, and the process for account deletion and data-export requests, must be decided by the owner and stated here.
