Getting started

• Create an account and confirm your email address.
• Start your 7-day free trial, or subscribe immediately for $25 every 30 days.
• Open Zunlo Studio to make images, or Zunlo Builder to create an assistant.

Zunlo Studio

• Write what you want to see, pick an aspect ratio, and generate.
• Add up to 4 reference images (PNG, JPG or WebP, 10 MB each) and describe how they should guide the image. The actual files are sent to the image model, not a text summary.
• Use “Edit this image” to refine a result with follow-up instructions.
• Saved images live in My Images with their prompt, date and details, and download as PNG or JPG.
• Generated images carry no Zunlo watermark or branding.

Zunlo Builder and Chat

• Describe what you want your assistant to do; Zunlo drafts an editable configuration.
• Test it, edit the instructions, then save, duplicate or delete it.
• Optional knowledge files (TXT, Markdown or CSV) stay private and are cited when used.
• Each assistant keeps its own conversations, so histories never mix.

Billing and cancellation

• Everything is in Subscription & Billing: status, next payment date, cancellation state, access expiration and receipts.
• Cancel yourself at any time — no need to contact support.
• If a payment fails, use Manage Subscription to update your card.

Something went wrong

• A failed image job shows the reason and a retry control; it is never shown as a success.
• Jobs keep their status if you refresh or come back later.
• If you hit a rate limit, the message tells you which limit and when to retry.

To complete before launch: a support contact address (and any expected response time) must be supplied by the owner before launch. Zunlo has not invented one.
