Fair-use policy
Zunlo does not meter your images or charge per image. These are the limits that keep the service available for everyone — they are published here rather than hidden.
What “unlimited” means
There is no image quota on your plan and no per-image charge. Requests are queued and rate limited so that one account cannot crowd out others.
Shared assistants
Assistants you publish run on your membership; visitors are never charged. To prevent abuse, visitor chat is limited to 20 messages per 10 minutes per conversation, 60 messages per hour per visitor, 600 messages per hour per shared assistant, 30 new conversations per hour per visitor, and 2,000 characters per message. After 5 incorrect access codes in 15 minutes, a visitor is paused for 15 minutes.
Published limits
- Image requests: up to 40 per hour per account.
- Concurrency: one image job at a time per account. Repeated clicks do not create duplicate jobs.
- Assistant messages: up to 200 per hour per account.
- Assistant drafting in Builder: up to 30 per hour per account.
- Reference images: up to 4 per request, 10 MB each, PNG, JPG or WebP.
- Knowledge files: up to 10 MB each, plain text, Markdown or CSV.
If you reach a limit, Zunlo tells you which limit it was and when you can continue. It never reports a failed request as a success.
Not permitted
- Automated or scripted bulk generation, resale of raw generation capacity, or sharing one account across many people.
- Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free trials.
- Content that breaches the AI provider's content policies or applicable law.
Accounts that do these things may be rate limited further or suspended. Suspension is applied by the account owner, and you can always reach billing and cancellation.
Service availability
AI providers apply their own rate limits and Zunlo operates within a provider budget. If a provider limit or budget is reached, Zunlo shows an honest service-availability message rather than a placeholder image or a fake success.
To complete before launch: confirm the monthly AI provider budget and alert thresholds in the owner dashboard, and confirm these published limits are the ones you want to commit to.
